Path unfolding music meditation
The second movement of Beethoven’s 7th Symphony is known for its hypnotic and repetitive rhythms, which has a calming effect on the mind.
This movement has a slow tempo and a constant pulse, which helps lower heart rate and reduce stress.
Listening to music with such characteristics is beneficial for cognitive processes such as focus, creativity and even memory.
And according to the teachings of Bashar, the first three minutes are an opener to receive clarity about ways you can heal or how to solve challenges in your life in the days following.
So I decided to do a little experiment and add one of my meditative animations to this piece of music, where you are moving through portal after portal, what supports the opening to new portals in your consciousness.
It’s a gentle psychedelic experience, without having to use psychedelics 🙂
Enjoy the amazing potential that art and sound can bring you and experiment what happens in your life, when watching this video once a day, for 7 days in a row. Let me know in the comments.
